Kathy was always on top of situations. She kept me apprised about my property and she goes above and beyond to get the sale paperwork processed, even after hours, she worked tirelessly, (believe me, there were so many hiccups involved with the property that I did not know after owning it for 30 years, for example, the original servicer of the mortgage sold the mortgage to another servicer and did not record the transaction in the county book) I am truly grateful to have her as my sale agent, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic.
